What this directory is

DFW Multifamily Property Directory lists 600 apartment complex businesses across the DFW Metroplex, built for renters comparing communities, owners tracking competitors, and agents who need a current read on the multifamily market in Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, and the surrounding towns. Every property on the site gets the same treatment: pulled from public business data, checked against documented sources, and scored against a rubric that applies equally to a small Arlington fourplex-adjacent operator and a large Uptown Dallas high-rise manager.

We do not republish Google review text. Instead, we synthesize recent review sentiment into our own scoring and link out to Google so you can read the original reviews yourself. That link-out matters: we want you checking our work, not just taking our word for it.

How listings get here and stay accurate

Listings come from public records and business data first, then get layered with review sentiment analysis. Each property page carries a “last verified” stamp, and the whole directory refreshes weekly, so a stamp that says this week means the facts behind it were rechecked this week, not sometime last year.

A property owner or manager can flag and correct factual details on their own listing: address, unit counts, amenities, leasing office hours, that kind of thing. What they cannot do is touch their own score, sentiment reading, or position in the rankings. That separation is the whole point of running an independent directory instead of a paid brochure site. Rankings versus sponsorship

Rankings are earned from data and the published rubric, full stop. We do not sell placement, and no complex can buy its way up the list. When a listing is sponsored, it is labeled “Sponsored” and displayed in a separate section from the earned rankings, never blended in and never a substitute for rank.

Separately, this directory also generates enquiries for local providers. When you ask to be matched with a property or service, we pass your enquiry to providers relevant to your request and may receive a referral fee for that connection. Referral arrangements never affect scores or earned rankings; the quote page spells out this arrangement in full.

Who’s behind it

DFW Multifamily Property Directory is published by DFW Real Estate Review, which has followed commercial real estate and economic trends across the Metroplex since 2014. The directory is operated by licensed Texas real estate agents at Spirit Real Estate Group, and it does not charge properties for placement. Editorial oversight of the rankings sits with Sofia Kowalski, Editorial Lead, who maintains the scoring process across all 600 listings.
