Corrections, disputes, and removals
DFW Multifamily Property Directory is an independent directory of apartment complexes across the DFW Metroplex. Your listing pulls from public business records, and your score is calculated automatically from Google reviews using one fixed, published rubric applied to every business listed here. Listing your business is free, and no payment affects your score or rank. This page explains how to request corrections, challenge a score, or ask for your listing to be removed. The complete rubric is public: how we score.
Corrections to factual fields
Factual errors in your listing (business name, address, phone number, website, hours, or services offered) can be corrected. To fix a field, provide the correct information and point to a source we can verify against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once verified and applied, the correction stays in place through future data refreshes.
Disputes about your score
Scores are never hand-edited. A dispute is appropriate when you believe the underlying data is wrong: the listing was matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary statement misrepresents what reviewers wrote. We re-check the sources and regenerate your listing if an error is found. A dispute is not a request to raise your score.
Removal requests
Listings are removed when a business closes permanently, when two listings duplicate the same business, or when a listing falls outside the directory's scope. Weekly verification automatically catches and removes permanently closed businesses. If your listing is accurate and in scope, a removal request may be declined, and you will receive an explanation.
Where to send requests
Email hello@dfwrealestatereview.com with your business name, the listing URL, and what you want changed. This directory is published by DFW Real Estate Review.
Our response timeframe
Every request receives an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Removals that are confirmed take action within 7 days. Requests we cannot grant come with a clear reason.
