DFW Multifamily Property Directory is an independent directory of apartment complex businesses in DFW Metroplex, published by DFW Real Estate Review. Listings and scores are derived from publicly available review data under a fixed, published rubric; the full method is set out on our how we score page. By using the site you accept the terms below.
No endorsement
Nothing on this site is a recommendation to engage any particular business. Scores summarise public review data; they are not a promise about the service you will receive. Check the details that matter to you directly with the business before engaging it. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee the information is current, complete, or free of errors.
Referral disclosure
The site may earn referral fees when enquiries are routed to listed businesses or partners. Scores and rankings are unaffected by any of that: they are produced by the same published rubric for every business, and payment cannot move them.
If your business is listed here
Corrections, score disputes, and removal requests for listed businesses are handled through the listing policy, which sets out what qualifies and how to submit a request.
Acceptable use
Use the site to research businesses and send genuine enquiries. Scraping or republishing the compiled directory content, submitting false enquiries, interfering with the site’s operation, and any unlawful use are all prohibited.
Intellectual property
DFW Real Estate Review owns the compilation: the editorial text, scores, summaries, and the way the directory is assembled and presented. Source reviews stay with their authors on the platforms they were written on, and business names and marks remain the property of the businesses themselves.
Our responsibility
DFW Real Estate Review provides the site as-is and, so far as the law permits, is not responsible for losses that follow from using it, relying on it, or hiring a business found through it. When you engage a listed business, that relationship is directly between you and the business. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of United States, and any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of United States.
Updates to these terms
