Review evidence for Belleview Apartments is limited. The business offers one to three-bedroom units with on-site management and maintenance in the Cedars neighborhood near downtown Dallas.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Reviewers praise the management team by name, noting they are professional and helpful, and enjoy the social events on offer. At the same time, persistent elevator failures frustrate residents who live on upper floors, and several note security gaps and pest control as ongoing concerns that outweigh recent improvements in staff performance.
Long-term residents consistently praise the spacious, downtown-facing units and Allison's responsive management. However, the property has shifted toward Airbnb rentals, and older reviews flagged poor maintenance, utility billing confusion, and inconsistent cleanliness at check-in.
New residents consistently praise Yvette and Tammy in leasing, and José for quick maintenance turnaround. The community feels well-kept, and the dog wash center draws real enthusiasm from pet owners. Residents note the location's downtown skyline appeal and walkability to nearby spots. Staffing availability has been a sore point recently, with some callers finding no one in the office or responding to emails. A couple of residents flagged stairwell cleanliness and surrounding neighborhood noise (sirens, arguments) as ongoing concerns that outweighed the apartment's interior quality for at least one long-term tenant.
