Our Review

Five one-star reviews over six years paint a consistent picture of neglected maintenance, staff indifference, and mismanagement. Residents report work orders closed prematurely, AC failures going unrepaired, mold, missing packages, and near-total unresponsiveness from Dallas management, with no positive experiences noted.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Lincoln Court Apartments

4.5(31)✓ Google-verified

Lincoln Court delivers a strong location in Oak Lawn with excellent walkability, quiet surroundings, and secure parking that appeals to residents seeking urban convenience. Recent reviews emphasize clean grounds and responsive management under newer leadership, though older complaints about maintenance delays, communication gaps, and rent hikes during periods of neglect remain part of the property's history.

Radius Turtle Creek

4.1(57)✓ Google-verifiedPublishes prices

Most residents praise responsive management, especially Sarah and Dan, and the walkable Uptown location near Katy Trail and restaurants. The community feels safe and quiet with a strong dog park. However, a small number report serious issues: a persistent roach problem, unsecured garage access leading to car theft, misleading deposit charges, and pet owners not cleaning up after animals in common areas. Finishes are dated, and sound travels between units.
