Our Review

Half the reviews praise staff warmth and professionalism, particularly named team members like Monique and Alexys. The other half reports chronic failures: phones go unanswered for days, promised amenities stay closed indefinitely, maintenance waits stretch to months, and parking violations result in swift towing with little tenant discretion.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the pool and fitness center open?
Multiple long-term residents report the pool has not opened in over a year and the fitness center has never opened. Newer reviews do not clarify current status.
How quickly is maintenance handled?
Wait times vary widely. One resident reported waiting over 6 months for an air filter replacement. Reviews indicate inconsistent response.
What is the parking policy?
Vehicles must be registered and current on state registration. The complex will tow unregistered, uninsured, or unmaintained vehicles, and residents report little leniency for mechanical issues or gaps in registration.

Recent management changes have won praise for responsiveness and care, with residents naming Ashley, Brenda, and Trish for going the extra mile. However, multiple long-term residents report persistent billing mistakes, unsafe conditions including drug use and overdoses nearby, roaches and rats, and units that were dirty and poorly maintained despite claims of renovation. New staff cannot offset the deep maintenance and safety problems reviewers document with photos and police records.

Leasing staff earn consistent praise for warmth and helpfulness, particularly Jessica and Alexia, who walk applicants through affordable options and move-in quickly. Property grounds appeal visually, with clean apartments, pools, and balconies. However, residents report serious friction over reserved parking rules (one disabled resident blocked from accessible routes; another had a car towed after four months in the same spot), unexplained rent amount changes, and pest complaints that went unresponded to.

Aero has a mixed track record over its years of operation. Strong five-star reviews praise new management and quick fixes when requested via their app; one resident stayed four years without roach problems by maintaining cleanliness herself. The majority complaint pattern is starkly different: persistent maintenance delays (weeks without AC or refrigerators), roach infestations regardless of cleanliness, broken amenities, and staff who collect rent reliably but resist repairs. Several long-term residents report being ignored or refused service, particularly during hot months and holidays.
