Five of seven reviews from the past year describe an absent or unreachable management office under Revival Property, with tenants reporting the building falling apart and staff ignoring requests. As listed on Google.
Residents consistently praise the complex for cleanliness, responsive staff, and smart unit features. The location near Lakewood and Henderson offers strong walkability and neighborhood access. Management and maintenance respond quickly to requests; staff like Amanda and Brittany receive repeated mention for flexibility and care. A five-year-old complaint about carpet charges stands apart from recent patterns.
Eastwind Communities' heavily mixed rating (2.6 average) reflects deep tenant dissatisfaction. While a handful of tenants praise individual staff members and appreciate affordable pricing, the vast majority report severe mold, roaches, rats, and months-long maintenance backlogs. Management is described as dismissive; security gates stay broken despite repeated complaints; shared laundry and mail systems often fail; and collection practices have damaged residents' credit reports for disputed charges. A few units are new and rent increases are modest, but systemic neglect of the property and its residents dominates the feedback.
