Deco
4.7(123)✓ Google-verified
Deco residents and tour-goers praise the leasing team, particularly Jeremy and Stephanie, for welcoming professionalism. Maintenance, especially Cory and Beau, resolve issues within hours. The rooftop pool impresses, and the Sundance Square location puts restaurants and shops within walking distance. However, parking remains a major sore point: guest parking was eliminated, resident spaces shifted to paid first-come-first-serve at $100 monthly, and management's communication came via email rather than phone calls. Long-time residents cite frequent elevator failures, ongoing construction delays, and sound insulation concerns given the building's use of cold-formed steel instead of concrete. The disconnect between "luxury" marketing and these operational gaps drives frustration.

Historic Electric Building Apartments
3.9(113)✓ Google-verified
Staff greet tenants warmly, and leasing agents like Breanna and Rickey earn consistent praise for their patience. Behind that welcome lies frustration: elevators fail repeatedly, water service cuts occur, flooring lets smells and noise through, and cleaners struggle to keep pace with a near-100-year-old structure. The building's historic appeal masks aging systems and maintenance gaps that leave residents-especially those on upper floors-planning their exit.
