The newly built location initially appeals to residents, but reviews consistently describe roach infestations, filthy common areas, and unresponsive management. Residents report slow repair response, management disputes, withheld belongings, and security concerns. The contrast between the building's newness and actual living conditions is a recurring complaint.

Wynnewood Gardens delivers warm leasing experiences and clean outdoor spaces that draw families and seniors, but persistent mold and pest problems undermine the appeal. Staff like Chris, Christian, and Jerry earn consistent praise for thorough tours and transparency, while maintenance responds quickly to requests; however, some residents report unresolved rodent and mold issues lasting months, and the office enforces late-rent penalties with little flexibility.
