Highline on Magnolia
4.3(45)✓ Google-verified
Reviewers consistently praise the newly built units, the walkable Southside location near restaurants and shops, and named staff members Kevin, Eveliz, and Lee for their hands-on support. Maintenance requests are typically handled same-day. However, a recurring and serious problem emerges after move-out: management becomes unresponsive to emails and calls about security deposits, with some residents waiting months and needing to escalate to regional management to recover funds. Delivery service suffers from unpredictable office coverage on weekends and Mondays despite posted hours, and parking availability is constrained with year-long wait lists for reserved spots. The building itself feels safe and well-maintained during occupancy, with fresh finishes and modern appliances. Issues stem from operational gaps in back-office communication and staffing consistency rather than the physical property.

Staff greet visitors with genuine warmth, and Ana in particular handles leasing questions with patience and attention to detail. The property itself draws consistent praise: grounds are spotless, spaces feel modern, and the amenities (pool, fitness center, coworking lounge) function well. Residents report feeling at home rather than just housed.
