Most recent reviews praise fast maintenance and welcoming office staff. Jaime's rapid repairs and Abril's helpfulness appear repeatedly over several months. The property is noted as quiet and well-maintained. One complaint from a year ago alleged payment issues and discriminatory treatment based on ethnicity; this single account stands against the overwhelmingly positive trend in recent months.
Leasing staff earn consistent praise for friendliness and efficiency during move-in. One long-standing resident reports neglected maintenance, wasp infestations, and unaddressed repairs despite $1400 rent, raising questions about property upkeep.
Since new ownership five years ago, Oak Ridge has earned strong reviews for quick maintenance, added security (cameras, gate, lighting), and quiet grounds. Most recent praise centers on upkeep and staff responsiveness, though the sample size remains modest.
