Residents consistently praise Mill House for its responsive management and quick maintenance. Marcos, Maci, Scarlett, and Ximena are named repeatedly for professional service and genuine helpfulness. Long-term tenants report 11+ years of comfort and recent apartment upgrades. The main drawback is sound insulation; one reviewer heard neighbors throughout the night.
Most residents praise the leasing and maintenance speed, especially staff members Ana and Sismai who routinely go beyond typical service. Same-day maintenance requests and personal attention from management stand out. However, a cluster of complaints from a year ago centers on maintenance worker misconduct and a staff member's poor attitude; while some reports reached management, follow-up action remains unclear from the reviews.
All five-star reviews praise the office manager Maria and maintenance team for responsiveness. Residents highlight spacious, quiet units in a family-friendly Oak Cliff location near schools, shopping, and parks.
