La Hacienda Apartments

3.0(307)✓ Google-verified

Office staff including Izme, Janet, Elizabeth, and Reyna stand out for helping with move-ins and renewals, and work orders get done same-day. Recent positive reviews focus heavily on this personal service, yet the 3.0 rating across 307 reviews reflects deeper issues: the community needed visible cleanup, and a significant share of residents gave one or two stars. The split sentiment suggests La Hacienda works well for people who connect with staff and need quick repairs, but the low rating warns that unit quality and overall upkeep have been inconsistent. The 44 percent of one/two-star reviews indicate persistent problems that recent improvements have not fully solved.
