Our Review

Reviewers report heavy fees across parking, pets, and yard items, paired with complaints about aging units and high rent relative to condition. Some residents keep their homes long-term, though dissatisfied tenants note better options exist at similar price points.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Older residents often praise the peaceful grounds and professional care from manager Michael, especially during move-in. However, persistent complaints about unresponsive maintenance, locked office doors, and rude leasing staff create frustration. Families report month-long waits for repairs, withheld deposits, and dismissive treatment when raising issues. The complex works well when managed directly by Michael but falters when dealing with front-office staff and maintenance scheduling.

Split starkly between residents who praise individual staff members (Nora, Mary, Josefina) and unit size, and many others reporting management indifference, chronic repair delays, broken gates leading to vehicle theft, roaches, and deaths on or near the property. Communication is poor; maintenance requests take a month or never arrive. Newer management appears to have degraded the complex significantly.

Maintenance repairs happen fast, with multiple residents praising technicians Ivan Santos and Manuel for quick, respectful work on A/C, plumbing, and ceiling issues. Office operations are the real problem: residents report hostile staff, payment processing errors despite proof of on-time payment, ignored maintenance requests over weeks, and near-total unresponsiveness to applications and inquiries. A dramatic gap between field work and management has emerged recently. The current office manager (named Gretel by one resident) generates friction; a previous female staff member was remembered fondly. Residents worry about billing correctness and whether requests will actually be logged, making everyday apartment living stressful despite solid maintenance performance.
