Satisfied residents praise the welcoming staff, clean grounds, and good location, with several highlighting Stephanie and Frank by name. However, three recent one-star reviews describe severe cockroach infestations on move-in day, slow management response, misleading photos online, and disputed fee practices that undercut those positive experiences.
Staff members Norma and Lupita earn consistent praise for leasing support and customer service; many residents describe a quiet, safe atmosphere and appreciate the spacious layouts. Serious drawbacks include documented pest problems that persist despite work orders and a pattern of unresolved maintenance issues after move-in, along with complaints about rent discrepancies and limited parking.
Isai Camacho and other leasing staff earn consistent praise for attentiveness during the move-in process, and residents often feel heard during initial interactions. Once moved in, however, experiences diverge sharply: some report quick maintenance response, while others describe lengthy delays and incomplete repairs, including a Section 8 unit that failed reinspection after management was given time to correct violations. Parking registration errors led to unexpected tows, and online payments have caused processing and late-fee disputes.
