Some residents value the neighborhood walkability and community vibe, but maintenance is slow and pest issues recur. Multiple complaints span security gaps, unannounced water shutdowns, and management unwilling to engage on problems.
The apartment complex is rated 1.8/5 across 13 reviews, with 77% giving one or two stars. Residents report persistent plumbing failures, broken laundry facilities, and security problems including squatters. Management rarely responds to calls or opens the office during posted hours, and the property has cycled through multiple management companies. Earlier reviews mention staff friendliness and one management transition that seemed promising, but current feedback shows deterioration and unresolved maintenance issues dating years back.
Most residents praise the office team (particularly Diana, the property manager) and note that maintenance responds quickly to repair requests. The community is described as quiet and safe with nearby shopping; rent is considered reasonable. One recent tenant reported poor office communication and inconsistent security, a sharp departure from the broader pattern of satisfaction.
