Limited review evidence so far: one five-star rating. Their website lists studio to 2-bedroom units, a resort-style pool, pickleball court, Sky Lounge, and EV charging in the Stockyards District.
Staff members like Taylor, Laurie, Simon, and Cortland earn consistent mention for care beyond normal job scope: helping with furniture moves, arranging virtual tours across time zones, driving residents around to find misplaced packages. The space feels intentionally run-maintenance responds quickly, events range from cowtown cycling to pickle ball tournaments, and residents describe moving in as stress-free rather than transactional. One reviewer noted the EV charger brand could improve, but that stands alone amid overwhelming praise for the pool, gym, thick walls, and clean grounds. Most striking is that people relocating from Utah or other Fort Worth complexes describe choosing The Union specifically because its staff made them feel at home before arrival and stayed engaged after move-in. Residents with pets report genuine welcome (one received a bandana for their dog). The community seems to compete not on luxury alone but on active management that remembers who lives there.
Most residents praise the quiet setting, townhome layouts, and especially the maintenance and office staff-Luis, Craig, and Chegan are named repeatedly for responsiveness. A minority report serious issues: one renter experienced flooding, ongoing roaches, and HVAC noise; another found the office understaffed and hard to reach. The property works well for those seeking tranquility close to downtown Fort Worth.
