Our Review

Evidence is limited to a single review citing rudeness at the leasing office. More data would be needed to assess the community fairly.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Long-term residents consistently praise the staff's genuine care, quick maintenance response, and the sought-after Oak Lawn location near dining and retail. Leasing team members by name (Max, Krista, Daned, Austin, Anthony) earn repeated mention for warmth and follow-through. A vocal minority reports chronic infrastructure failures, chiefly non-functioning elevators and garage doors remaining broken for months. These residents claim management communication lapses after lease renewal and describe a pattern of excuses rather than solutions. The divide appears tied to expectations: those content with occasional issues rate the response highly, while others feel ignored when problems persist.

Most residents praise the staff for genuine warmth and attentiveness, naming Uma, Ana Garcia, and Chantal repeatedly. The property itself draws repeated mentions of its rooftop pool, gym, golf simulator, and hallway design, along with the coveted Turtle Creek location and proximity to the Katy Trail. One early leasing hiccup (unanswered email) was resolved when management investigated and corrected the breakdown, turning a frustrated prospect into a resident. Reviewers note minor cosmetic construction issues during move-in and expect parking to tighten as the building fills; these feel like early-stage growth pains rather than systemic failures.

Most residents praise responsive management, especially Sarah and Dan, and the walkable Uptown location near Katy Trail and restaurants. The community feels safe and quiet with a strong dog park. However, a small number report serious issues: a persistent roach problem, unsecured garage access leading to car theft, misleading deposit charges, and pet owners not cleaning up after animals in common areas. Finishes are dated, and sound travels between units.
