Residents consistently praise Yolanda, the office manager, for her responsiveness and genuine care. The complex appeals to budget-conscious renters with all-bills-paid leases and quiet, secure surroundings. Pest problems arise occasionally, though residents note these diminish with cleanliness habits.
Five-star reviewers consistently praise the office staff, particularly Nelly, Lilia, and Lila, for going above and beyond during move-in and ongoing support. Long-term residents note recent improvements under new management, with prompt work order fixes and responsive pest control. However, a significant portion report recurring roach and gnat infestations, receiving units in poor condition despite showings of clean ones, and minimal relief from treatment efforts, leaving some to exit rather than endure repeated hassles.
Sierra Gardens earns strong marks for leasing staff Sara Paz, who reviewers consistently praise for professionalism and swift processing. However, the community is sharply divided: half give five stars, half give one or two. The split hinges on maintenance: some report quick fixes, others endured weeks without A/C or hot water. Theft and loitering in parking lots remain unresolved concerns.
