Our Review
Half the reviews praise attentive staff like Diana and Johana, clean units, and low prices; the other half cite loud neighbors management ignored for months, safety worries including gunshots, and leasing delays. Experience varies sharply depending on which staff member you encounter and how quickly management acts on complaints.
Unit conditions and move-in are consistently good. The neighborhood quietness is disputed: some call it peaceful, others report criminal activity nearby. Pet-friendly amenities exist but theft and noise management remain real risks.
Praised for
- friendly and responsive staff
- quick maintenance turnaround
- affordable pricing
- move-in ready units
Watch-outs
- unresponsive to noise complaints
- slow maintenance response on some issues
- inconsistent leasing office follow-up
- safety concerns (crime, break-ins)

Best for: Budget-conscious renters who prioritize low cost and pet amenities over noise isolation.
Think twice if: Noise control and responsive complaint handling are inconsistent; some tenants waited months without relief from loud neighbors.

Falcon Ridge Apartments
3.1(91)✓ Google-verified
Long-term residents praise Falcon Ridge for attentive staff (Sonia, Elsa, Beatriz mentioned by name in positive reviews), prompt maintenance response, and affordability. Recent one-star reviews cite severe issues: cockroach infestation, ignored maintenance requests, outdated apartments, and disputed move-out fees. The property appears to deliver well for some households but struggles with pest control and consistency in management and maintenance execution.
