Our Review

Most residents praise the clean, spacious units, friendly management team (Kisha and Latwana named often), and amenities like the movie theater. Parking and elevator maintenance are recurring friction points; one resident reported the main elevator down over two months with unclear repair timeline.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Staff like Brittany, Ms. LaTonya Smith, and Earnest earn consistent praise for professionalism and care. The complex offers fitness facilities, community events, and controlled-access gates. However, reviewers report persistent pest problems, thin walls that transmit neighbor noise severely, office communication gaps, and ongoing construction issues that worsen over time. Long-term residents note a decline in maintenance quality and pest control effectiveness since opening.

Management and leasing staff earn consistent praise for being helpful and approachable, with work orders often completed within a day or two. Yet a parallel stream of complaints describes roach problems, mold, slow emergency responses, and security concerns including vehicle theft that management reportedly fails to resolve even after repeated reports. Recent reviews hint at a turning point. New office staff appear to be tackling problems more directly, and longtime residents mention improvement. However, the persistent complaints about pest control and maintenance follow-through remain the property's core weakness, leaving prospective tenants weighing friendly service against reliability concerns.

Recent positive reviews praise the quiet setting and an assistant manager by name, but older reports flag serious concerns: police were called for nightly gunshots, pest infestations went unresolved, and office staff were unresponsive or dismissive. Details are sparse in the newer reviews.
