Residents describe a stark divide: office staff like Jewel and Nana earn consistent praise for warmth and responsiveness, and some move-ins go smoothly. But many units arrive uninhabitable-AC dead for months, peeling paint, clogged drains, broken toilets, roach infestations-with grounds left so overgrown that snakes and rats are common. Extra charges (internet $160, pest control $35, credit repair, cable lock fees) appear without warning on rent invoices for services not delivered. A handful report satisfactory spacious layouts and prompt maintenance fixes. The larger pattern, however, shows false advertising (advertised amenities like in-unit washer/dryer, private patios, and central AC either absent or nonfunctional), long repair delays for critical systems like heating and plumbing, and management turnover that leaves accountability unclear. The gap between promised and received is wide enough that even affordable pricing does not offset the living conditions many encounter.
