The physical homes here draw consistent praise, but the management company Cushman and Wakefield has earned near-universal complaints about unreachable staff, buried lease errors, and glacial responses to tenant concerns. Renters report calls and emails ignored for weeks, a missing office location, sudden charges that contradict initial terms, and maintenance failures that persist for months while costs accumulate unexpectedly.
Five-star reviewers praise the grounds, quiet setting, and staff professionalism, with particular mention of responsive management handling maintenance quickly and making residents feel welcomed. One-star reviewers describe a property plagued by roach infestations, months-long repair backlogs (oven parts, AC units), water shutoffs without notice, and broken security features, compounded by what they characterize as retaliation when complaints escalate. The same manager's name appears in both glowing and scathing reviews, suggesting a polarizing figure or possible recent staff turnover. Long-time residents report the complex was nicer before the current management; newer arrivals tell of pest problems upon move-in, unresolved mold and AC failures, and staffing that avoids commitments. Security concerns include monthly car break-ins, stolen mail, and a gate described as perpetually "coming soon."
Tuscany Apartments attracts residents seeking calm surroundings and draws praise for specific staff members who work hard and a dog park that residents use. However, reviews consistently document persistent cockroach problems, delays in climate control repairs, and unresolved maintenance requests that stretch months. The community has loyal long-term residents alongside many who report health concerns and leave early despite lease penalties.
