The Hudson Alton Collection
The Hudson's architecture and maintenance crew earn consistent praise, yet residents report a sharp divide: the leasing experience is warm and professional, but once occupied, management becomes distant and dismissive. Broken entry doors, package theft, unauthorized intruders, towing disputes, and unresponded complaints pile up while office staff remain unavailable and concerns languish unaddressed. Guest suite cleanliness and building fundamentals also falter. One guest found a dirty bathtub, broken shower rod, leftover laundry, and unmade beds; residents endured repeated AC failures and a gas evacuation. For the premium rent, this gap between what the building promises and what it delivers leaves even sympathetic residents frustrated.
