Our Review

Pebbles Park has provided housing and support services that changed residents' lives, particularly for families in transition. However, past complaints about pest control, management rudeness, and strict policies suggest the experience depends heavily on timing and circumstances.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Staff members Judith and Daysi earn consistent praise for their responsiveness and care. Maintenance teams arrive on time, and residents value the quiet setting with convenient walking access to Park Lane Train Station, Parks Mall, and nearby schools. The complex offers stable, affordable living for families and long-term tenants who prioritize service quality. However, one resident reported being evicted three days after a single late rent payment during a personal crisis, and safety incidents including gunshots have been reported. These concerns merit consideration before committing to a lease.

Staff professionalism, particularly leasing agent Estrella and manager Melissa, stands out across visits and residencies. Residents report fast maintenance response, a welcoming leasing process, and a well-kept community that feels secure for long-term renters. One resident reported serious safety issues with homeless individuals and criminal activity on-site, chronic air-conditioning failures met with inadequate portable fans, and aging infrastructure problems like clogged drains. This concern runs counter to the prevailing experience, yet reflects a real divided perception of the property.

Five-star reviewers credit Nancy and the leasing team for prompt, friendly service and a peaceful, clean community. One and two-star residents report the opposite experience: broken car windows, widespread pest problems, non-functional air conditioning and elevators, delayed maintenance, and management that ignores follow-ups after move-in.
