The location near downtown remains attractive, but recent reviews paint a community in crisis. Current residents report faulty alarms beeping at night, no help during forced moves from infestation, and indifferent management. One tenant endured cockroaches for months before being transferred without moving assistance. Another documented broken gates left open to the parking lot, stolen packages, and staff who denied the existence of systems they had just installed.
