Two residents who moved out after 2+ years reported relentless appliance failures, a severely understaffed maintenance team, and management that declined to compensate for long-term problems. Security incidents (break-ins, stolen packages, homeless individuals on grounds) went unaddressed despite resident complaints; staff called the situation beyond their control.
Residents consistently praise the leasing agent Audrey for patience and professionalism, but experience is heavily shadowed by infrastructure failures. Plumbing leaks recur across units, maintenance delays stretch for weeks, and mold spots get painted over rather than fixed. Laundry machines stay broken for months. The gap between website photos and actual unit condition, combined with charges for pre-existing damage, fuels frustration over the rent paid.
Recent residents report ongoing maintenance failures, pest and mold issues, and management unresponsiveness. Repair work is slow and outsourced to low-cost workers; billing disputes and safety concerns appear common. Older reviews praised pet-friendliness and grounds, but the complex appears to have declined significantly.
